All plans are designed by collegiate and professional team strength and conditioning coaches and sport scientists.This means post-graduate and graduate coursework in anatomy, physiology, bioenergetics, biomechanics, genetics, psychology, etc. and the highest level certifications (i.e. Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists (CSCS), required by NCAA Division 1 teams and professional teams)

     

    #2 No more being unsure of your present skill level and how you compare to your age group. All members have the option to learn this data after completing training assessments.

    #3 No more lack of awareness about the various levels overtraining. This is a scientific term can refer to fatigue for a week to chronic levels more months or longer that can lead to depression, feeling shamed, mood swings, poor eating habits, poor sleep, poor performance in sports and school, injuries, etc.

    #4 A holistic experience. FH Prep Athlete professionals also have degrees and experience in careers that include engineering, finance, marketing, advertising, supply chain, educational consulting, web-design, psychology, sociology, etc. Self-exploration and achievement isn't a gimmick. It's not a "try us for 14 days free" or "if you don't feel better in a month, we'll give you your money back." We're professionals with backgrounds working with the highest levels of achievers in sports, entertainment, and business. This

Self-Guided

You make all the decisions. The same FH professionals conducting the professional guided plans have designed every onboarding, assessment, training plan, and training plan evolution program with every attention to detail.

FH Professional-Guided

The decisions are still up to you, but with pro-guided plans, they are customized to your needs with various levels of FH professional interaction ranging from once a month to daily. There are three plan levels.

  You will learn about your noise.  (family, friends, coaches, teammates, classmates, social media)

●  You will learn about standards. your own, what you think your influences expect of you, and what they actually think.

●  You will become more aware. How your influences dictate your decision-making.

●  You will learn about self-respect. honesty and vulnerability.

●  You will become more confident with your decisions instead of feeling ashamed; learning how to pivot when necessary to adapt.

●  You will evolve; as a better athlete and student and most importantly-you will have a foundation for unlimited life-long success.
