Member content

FH Prep Athlete Content explores the following topics as they pertain to your age group and in all parts of the globe. We often tie online discussion opportunities into each during which we will offer additional context while you, as a group, arrive to solutions. (Three sample write-ups are listed below. Members have access to all content.)

  • Standards are everything. In order for a machine or a human being to be able to perform at maximum ability, standards need to be created. What if your goal is to become a division 1 athlete at a BIG 10 or SEC school and your standard for athletic training decision-making is set by listening to a parent, teacher, or coach who was once a good high school player? A "good" high school player as defined by whom-themselves? What was their level of competition? They played soccer and you play baseball? Appropriate standards are an imperative.

  • 11 body systems. Topics within each are discussed with easy to apply solutions.

  • Human: Family, friends, teammates, coaches, teachers, acquaintances, spouts of information heard when in public from random people. Non-Human: Anything digital (i.e. social media) or print (i.e. magazines, books)

  • These are real situations that involve athletics, academics, and life.
