HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS FOR THE 5 F(H) PILLARS OF GROWTH.
Your body, influences, experiences, time, and goals all require attention. As you learned on the body self-exploration page, there are 11 primary systems within the human body. Food, training, competition, recovery, school stress, age, and gender are all examples of what impact your body every second of every day. With pre-designed plans, you have resources to refer to on the member page and the app.
-
No more overtraining. You will learn about how to understand what it is while following our plans that won't allow it.

Closing assessments were performed to record results.

At end of cycle, athlete purchased pre-season program.
